GUDC has been designated as a nodal agency by GOG for the implementation of Sewerage Schemes in 32 class A & B ULBs fall under DMIC area of Gujarat under JICA loan vide the minutes of meeting dated 01/04/10.

As per the approval made by GOG on 11/06/10, all the schemes under JICA loan are to be continued till the stage of LOI until the loan is sanctioned from JICA.

It was also approved by GOG on 16/07/10 to invite the tenders of Kadi, Unjha, Himmatnagar, Viramgam, Siddhpur and Palitana Drainage Schemes under “Swarnim Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Saheri Vikas Yojana.”

It was also approved by GOG on 15/09/10 to invite the tenders of Valsad, Mehsana and Navsari drainage Schemes under “Swarnim Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Saheri Vikas Yojana.”
