GUDC is the Implementing Agency for the Urban Infrastructure work of the project, wherein Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority is the Executing Agency. The project is funded by way of a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), routed through Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority. The project cost is estimate at approx. Rs. 400 Crores.
GUDC coordinated with various Department of Government of India and Government of Gujarat for necessary clearances. Clearances were received from Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Environment & Forest, Railways, BSNL, GEB, GWSSB and Gujarat Pollution Control Board. |
