All round participatory approach would be adopted to undertake development activities of urban local bodies, modernization and urban services. Development activities would cover social forestry and greenery, development of traffic circles, building "Pay & Use Toilets", maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, model library, video library, and tax collection through all-round participation, so that such activities could be pursued by going closer to the organizations / individuals and bridging the gap.
